When I was a kid a pumpkin facial was either when you sneaked up on your friend while trick'or'treating and smashed a pumpkin into his face... smeared someone with pumpkin guts while carving a pumpkin, or just took a carved pumpkin and smashed its face into the ground. Bonus points if the owner sees you and cries.
